First distillation with the grist in a traditional German grain column still, 2nd distillation in a small copper still.

First maturation at 60%Vol. Alc. in four refill red wine barriques (225L) for 4 years then 1 year in 4 first fill Oloroso casks. Blended in one container, reduced to 46%Vol Alc. and bottled with a light particle filtration and natural color exclusively as „small batch“ for Anthem Imports in 1200 X 750 ML bottles.
